Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Totoki-Electric MDT962B-1A parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Hoerbiger-origa products, including obsoleted and phased-out Maple-Systems parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Renishaw product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Hoerbiger-origa such as the P1100120100000300 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the OIT4160B00 manufactured by Maple-Systems and we are pleased to be able to service most Maple-Systems systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature P142 by Manufacturer Renishaw as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Cutler-Hammer Brand PGGGLOBLPMNT2 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Axiom such as P11201586T equipment made by Axiom have been added to our featured items. Additionally we have now also available R12QPDBDH made by National-Electronics as well as the popular MON4604006 original spares produced by Nematron

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MPCYS20NNN00N by Schneider and P11201586T spares by Axiom are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original ML121CT840 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Monitech.
